Here at Lakeside Creamery, we work hard, play hard, and enjoy all the sweetness that Deep Creek lake can offer! We’re looking for motivated individuals with a knack for customer service and a positive attitude to join our big happy family.

We strive to find a place for everyone, whether that is serving Deep Creek Lake’s best ice cream, cooking up kettle corn at The Popcorn Factory, or piloting a tour of Deep Creek Lake for Funtime Watersports.

Lakeside Creamery - Scooper

 

At the Creamery, the ice cream scoopers are the heart of our staff. Scoopers are responsible for preparing orders, handling the cash register, and cleaning responsibilities during and after the shift. Candidates must have excellent customer service skills, a good work ethic, and willingness to work as part of a team.

Deep Creek Donuts - Donutmaker

At Deep Creek Donuts, our donutmakers prepare custom creations for our customers. They are responsible for taking orders from customers, preparing donuts, and cleaning responsibilities during and after the shift. Candidates must have excellent customer service skills, a good work ethic, and willingness to work as part of a team.

Funtime Watersports

At Funtime Watersports, our staff is commited to giving our customers a way to get up close and personal with Deep Creek Lake. From boat tours to jet-ski rentals, our staff is expected to handle all stages of the rental process. Responsibilities include assisting renters with the required paperwork, giving instructions on how to operate various equipment, and keeping the office/dock clean.

Applicants must be at least 16 years of age with a valid photo ID.

A valid Maryland boater’s license is preferred, but not required.

Copper Kettle Popcorn Factory

 

At the Popcorn Factory you can find our talented staff hard at work creating amazing batches of popcorn and selling our sweet confections. Staff memebrs are responsible for making popcorn, weighing our homemade fudge, operating the register, and keeping the shop tidy.

Cabin Lodge Grill

 

The Cabin Lodge Grill has a rich history at Deep Creek Lake, but it wouldn’t be in operation today without the help of its wonderful staff. The crew at the grill is responsible for prepping and cooking foods, operating the grill, fryer, and cash register, as well as additional cleaning and restocking responsibilities.

Preferred applicants are at least 18 years of age with previous food service experience.
